Thurs -  Check first 1/2 of weather journal (just to see if it's done ONLY, I am not checking accuracy.)  Complete "Describing Weather" w.s. w/partner, begin answering questions on barometer lab handout.  
Fri        - Finish up and turn in barometer questions.   Barometer wrap up and discussion.

Thurs -  Make classroom barometers.  I have made a rubric which includes 10pts for following directions for this assignment.

Wednesday-Finish up page 70-71 Chapter Review Questions.  
Thursday- Go over Chapter 2 Review Questions. Begin Earth’s Layers “poster”                                   (Label Earth’s layers)
 Friday- Continue "poster", due Monday if not finished today.

  • Thursday:  Turn in poster at beginning of hour.  Open book quiz over water cycle.  Due today.
  • Friday:  No School Labor Day weekend.
